I understand what it feels like to be in constantly doing doing doing, over-responsibility mode, putting every task and everybody else first.
Growing up in a culture of discipline, I often found myself saying, "Just one more thing to get done." "Doing nothing means I am lazy." "Not being busy means I will fail in life."
At one point, while living in Tokyo with my dream job, traveling the world, and enjoying a vibrant social life, my body went into burnout. My lifelong allergies got uncontrollable, and I developed insomnia. Despite doing what I loved at work and in my leisure time, I was doing too much.
I began practicing breathwork daily, and after six months, I transformed from corporate burnout and insomnia to a well-regulated nervous system. For the first time, I could eat a raw apple, healing my lifelong fruit and nut allergies—an unexpected side effect that showcases the profound impact of breathwork.
For years, I’ve supported brilliant yet overwhelmed leaders worldwide in cultivating calm, clarity, and joy in their lives. I hold certifications in breathwork, life coaching, design thinking, NLP, authentic relating, Kundalini Activation, tantra yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, and mindfulness. My background in medicine, coupled with over a decade of experience in corporate healthcare innovation, has equipped me with the skills to transform health services and processes globally.
Having navigated the challenges of entrepreneurial burnout, mom guilt, and the pressures of people-pleasing, I’ve developed practical tools to empower others to stay grounded and connected during life's transitions.
